Nevi'im (נְבִיאִים Nəḇî'îm, "Prophets") is the second main division of the Tanakh, between the Torah and Ketuvim. It contains two sub-groups, the Former Prophets (נביאים ראשונים Nevi'im Rishonim) and the Latter Prophets (נביאים אחרונים Nevi'im Aharonim):
